My new Book Bag/Purse, inspired by this rookie mag article.
I made it out of material from 2 pants-to-shorts alterations, a snap, this old encyclopedia and a whole lot of rubber cement. I then followed this tutorial’s tips and added some cardboard to the spine from the inside to make it more stable.
Ta-dah! What looks like an explosion of raggedy stuff behind my ear is my new fabric-feather ear cuff :3 It was easier to make than I expected.
Gonna take better pictures in the morning so you can see how awesomely hipster it looks :P
My new lacey hole-y crochet ankle socks,made from a single ball of this comfy yet cheap cotton thread I got at a bookstore. I made up the pattern as I went along.
